Our large 5* Penthouse Chalets have been built to the highest of standards. All have views of the central enrichment garden, and include a fully heated and insulated penthouse sleeping area. We provide  padded bedding along with a plastic bed filled with soft veterinary bedding (and also cardboard boxes if they'd like 😻), providing a very comfortable chalet. Every area has a scratcher post, various height shelves, toys and treats for enrichment and interaction. 

We are onsite 24/7 to provide full care for your cat. Our last check is 10/11pm and our first check is 5/6am. This ensures that all cats are settled in for the evening/night and any illnesses or injuries are caught early. Access to 24hr Veterinary Care is also provided. Daily record charts are provided to monitor and maintain good health. Most medications (but unfortunately not injections) can be administered, (no extra charges for administration of medication or extra care). ✔️ We are fully licensed & insured.

We have a large selection of quality main-brand cat foods (both wet and dry) in stock, including freshly cooked chicken and white fish. 🐟 Any prescription diets must be supplied by yourself. If your cat only eats a particular flavour of a brand it may be best for you to supply this as we can only guarantee a brand, not a flavour of said brand. Feel free to contact us regarding your cat's diet as with enough notice we may be able to order your food in.
